    I loved the comfy rooms and the chill atmosphere! The small pool on the patio was a unique touch. Just a bummer about the communication issues, sometimes it was hard to get info from staff 🏖️

    Incredibly beautiful hotel with nice staff, has peaceful location in a newly built up area. The a double room is fantastic and has climate control, flat-screen television, and a safe box. The bathroom with a bath.

    Newer hotel set deep into the neighborhood.

    The room I stayed in had a terrible smell of mildew, quite off-putting. There were large gaps in the door, allowing bugs to get in. The breakfast options lacked variety, and it was disappointing not to have fresh fruit served at a cooler temperature.

    I had to pay extra for an egg! The pool was also full of hair and sand, unacceptable. I almost could've given a better review, but this lack of attention to detail really ruined it.

    It was just a solid selection for a weekend adventure in Tulum with very good value for money. I enjoyed the fresh breakfast options available each morning, made for a great start to the day. Bring your own towels for the pool since only one was provided for two people.

    Beautiful pool and cozy atmosphere
